If you need make changes to an order, the vendor you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. Each vendor on Clinch Marketplace manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.
The vendor wasn’t able to help me
If the vendor is unable to help you, your next step is to open a case about your order. Send us an email with the order and receipt number in the Subject Line. We will follow up right away.
I checked out as a guest
If you checked out as a guest, you can claim your order to get help.
I still need help
If you messaged the vendor, and opened a case, and you didn’t receive the help you need. Contact support and we’d be happy to help.
