Why Is the Payment for My Purchase Still Processing?

Clinch Marketplace screens and reviews orders to help protect the marketplace. If you received an email from Clinch Marketplace saying that your order is still processing, it means that the transaction is being reviewed by Clinch Marketplace.

How long will it take for my order to process?

Most orders are processed within 72 hours, although some orders may take longer. Some transactions are reviewed faster than others, which is why you only receive an email for certain orders.

You and the vendor will receive separate confirmation emails when the order has been processed successfully.

Have I been charged for this order yet?

You may see a pending charge on your credit card or bank statement during this time. The charge will only be finalised when the purchase has been successfully processed.
