Choose your order and the Contact Vendor with the Order Number.
Most issues are resolved by email with the vendor. If you contacted the vendor more than 48 hours ago, choose Open a case so Clinch Marketplace can help you.
Who are vendors?
Each shop on Clinch Marketplace is independent. Shop owners (or “vendors”) are independent micro-businesses who create or curate their own inventory and manage their own orders.
Contacting a vendor through Messages is the best way to get information about an item, or after your purchase, resolve any issues you may have had with your order. Each
vendor on Clinch Marketplace manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. Learn more about getting help with your order.
How to contact a shop before buying
You can contact that vendor directly by:
On a vendor page, click Contact Vendor in the bottom left of the vendor banner.
Type your question into the textbox.
After you Send your Email, the vendor will be notified and can respond.
If you aren’t already signed in to your Clinch Marketplace account, you’ll be prompted to sign in.

How to contact a shop about an order
On a vendor page, click Contact Vendor in the bottom left of the vendor banner.
Include your Order Number in the Email or let the vendor know that you’d like to return or exchange an item.
The vendor wasn’t able to help me
If the vendor is unable to help you, your next step is to open a case about your order. Send us an email with your order number and the vendor name.
I checked out as a guest
If you checked out as a guest, you can find your order number in the receipt.

If you messaged the vendor, and opened a case, and you didn’t receive the help you need, email us directly and we’d be happy to help.
