How to Redeem a Coupon Code

If you have a coupon code provided by a shop or by Clinch Marketplace, you can apply this when you check out.

To redeem a coupon, you must be signed in to your account. If you don’t have an account, create one before redeeming the coupon at checkout.

Shop coupons are set up by vendors to offer shop-specific promotions. Shop owners may communicate their shop coupons to buyers by direct message or they may include it in their marketing campaigns. Clinch Marketplace Coupons are funded by Clinch Marketplace and sent to certain buyers.

To redeem a Vendor Coupon code:

  1. On Clinch Marketplace, go to your Cart.
  2. Find the items from the shop you have a coupon code for. If you’re buying items from more than one shop, your basket will be divided up by shop.
  3. Select Apply shop coupon codes.
  4. Type or paste the code into the box.
  5. Select Apply.

To redeem an Clinch Marketplace Coupon code:

  1. On Clinch Marketplace, go to your Cart.
  2. Find the item for which you want to use the coupon code.
  3. Scroll down and select Apply Clinch Marketplace coupon code.
  4. Type or paste the code into the box.
  5. Select Apply.

If you have a shop coupon code

Your coupon code applies only to the vendor that offers that coupon. stores are run by individual vendors, who manage their own promotions.

My shop coupon code didn’t work

If the coupon code didn’t work, check:

  • That you’re applying the code to the right shop. Each vendor can run their own promotions, with different coupon codes.
  • That your order meets the requirements of the coupon code. For example, if the coupon code is for free delivery on orders of 25 CAD or more, make sure that you’re spending 25 CAD at that vendor.
  • That the coupon hasn’t expired. If you don’t see Apply shop coupon code in your Basket, then the offer may have ended. Vendors generally have information about coupons and sales on their shop homepage. If you’re not sure, contact the vendor.

Notes:

  • Some offers may automatically apply to your order. If an offer is automatically applied, you’ll see it in your cart next to the item or vendor it applies to.
  • Some vendors may offer multiple offers for the same item. You can apply a maximum of two offers to an eligible item, but one of the offers must be for free delivery.
  • If a vendor is running multiple promotions at the time of your purchase, we’ll automatically apply the best offer to your order.

If you have an Clinch Marketplace Coupon code

Your Clinch Marketplace Coupon can be used along with a vendor coupon or a vendor sale. Your Clinch Marketplace Coupon can also be used when you’re paying for the order with a gift card. Clinch Marketplace Coupons can often be used on items from more than one vendor, but can’t be used on certain vendors that don’t accept credit cards as payment.

My Clinch Marketplace Coupon code didn’t work

If the coupon code didn’t work, check:

  • That your order meets the requirements of the coupon code. For example, if the coupon code is for 10% off on orders of 25 CAD or more, make sure that you’re spending at least 25 CAD.
  • That the coupon code is not expired. If you don’t see Apply Clinch Marketplace coupon code in your cart, then the offer may have ended. The coupon code’s expiration date is mentioned in the coupon email.
  • That your currency matches the currency that the offer was issued in. If the offer is for 5 CAD off, make sure you’re browsing in CAD currency.
  • That you haven’t already used your offer on a prior order. Right now, Clinch Marketplace Coupons can only be applied once per user.
  • Make sure you are signed in to your account. You can create an account if you don’t already have one.
