From what I understand, Dave Bradley’s barra bunny came from something he saw while fishing for US atlantic tarpon. He quickly adapted it to suit his style of shallow water fishing for Barramundi, particularly in the Hinchinbrook region, but it has almost become synonymous with barra on fly in the North of Australia.
