There are lots of items and shops to choose from on FFI Magazine, to ensure you find exactly what you’re looking for, here are some tips for finding products in the marketplace.

What to look for when searching

To help you find the best items for you on FFI Marketplace, we’ve created a badge system on items thumbnails as well as in the filter:
Bestseller
An item with a bestseller badge has had high sales volume in the past 6 months, and is popular with other shoppers.
FFI’s Choice
The FFI’s Choice badge means that this item was selected by FFI team, or was featured in a recent campaign.
Free Delivery
The free delivery badge means that this item is delivered for free to your stated location.

What to check before buying

After you pick out some items in search, here are more signals you can use to tell if this item will work for you:
Featured Shop
FFI Marketplace sets a high customer service standard for all vendors. When you see a Featured Shop badge, it means the vendor sets a shining example for providing a great customer experience, with a history of 5-star reviews, on-time dispatch, and quick replies.
Shop Reviews
You can see reviews on a shop homepage or on the listing page when viewing an item. Shop reviews are feedback from buyers who have purchased from this shop previously. Some buyers include photos in their reviews, which along with the listing photos will give you a sense of what the item will look like.
Policies
All FFI Marketplace shops have their own policies where vendors outline if and how they accept returns or cancellations. Check if a vendor offers returns or cancellations before purchasing.
When your order should arrive
You will be able to see all shipping related matters in your Account under the Orders Tab. Products will carry average days to ship.
Fast Vendor
This item is constantly purchased and is low in stock. Sometimes, other shoppers may have it in their baskets cached for a couple of days.
Message the Vendor
You can message the vendor with any questions you have about an item to help with your decision.
